The front desk seemed understaffed. There was a long wait during check-in, and no one offered assistance with luggage. It wasn't the welcome I anticipated. My room's mini-fridge was not working, rendering it useless for storing drinks. Plus, the ice machine on my floor was out of service, a big inconvenience . The room service menu was limited, offering few options for dinner after a long day.
